A 50% deposit will be required on booking your pretty picnic. The remaining balance will need to be paid a minimum of 72 Hours before your picnic date. Payment is to be made via BACS. If the weather looks to spoil our plans The Pretty Picnic Fowey will contact you the day before your picnic to discuss the options available to you. These options will include postponing your picnic to another day (subject to availability) or bringing the picnic inside (we do prefer you to have an inside option in mind when making the booking, just in case, but it is not essential). Picnics cancelled due to bad weather/forecasts will be refunded all monies paid minus the cost of any food/drink already purchased. Refunds of any deposits or monies paid will not be given if you simply wish to cancel your booking. This is because we may have turned other clients away on your chosen picnic date, may have already purchased food for your picnic and will have spent time planning your picnic set up. ]

Any breakages must be paid for.

Please stay with your picnic until your host returns.

Picnic time is 1 1/2 hours unless other arrangements have been agreed.

Your picnic is not confirmed until you have paid your deposit to secure your booking. Your picnic will not go ahead if the final balance is not paid at the latest 72 hours before the picnic date.
